James leads Ally Title and is also the Broker/Owner of Blackwell Real Estate, serving Maryland, Virginia, DC, and Delaware. That dual perspective — running both a brokerage and a title company — means he understands every side of a transaction: the buyer's nerves, the seller's timeline, the agent's deadlines, and the lender's requirements. He built Ally Title so clients could get big-firm precision with the responsiveness of a local team.

Jennifer guides buyers and sellers through the closing table with calm, clarity, and precision. As a Licensed Settlement Officer, she coordinates every moving piece — payoffs, lender documents, recording requirements — so that when closing day arrives, there are no surprises. Clients regularly tell us she made a stressful day feel easy.
